Why pathology and original images matter
A translated summary is helpful, but the receiving team may need the original slides, blocks or DICOM files to verify key findings.

Before a second opinion, ask which materials the hospital accepts and whether a local pathology re-review is recommended.
- Keep reports with their dates and issuing institution.
- Do not compress DICOM files into ordinary screenshots.
- Record the chain of previous treatments and responses.
What to do next
For a conversation about your situation, contact a coordinator through the consultation form. Do not send medical records through the public form.
